The location right by the slope access made it super convenient for skiing. The ski shop and classes being inside the hotel area saved a lot of hassle. The swimming pool area and spa facilities felt great after a long day on the slopes. the restaurant prices on the 4th floor were on the high side, and the room service was noticeably slow even though there weren't many guests. My room had some minor issues, but the maintenance team responded quickly. this hotel covers the basics but could use some upgrades to enhance the experience.

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious.
Unfortunately, I encountered stained and torn linens during my stay, which significantly impacted my comfort. The very small breakfast hall was quite crowded, and it felt rushed to grab a bite. the food was presented in a limited manner, making me wish for more variety during breakfast.

The breathtaking mountain views from our Deluxe King Room with Mountain View were truly a highlight of our stay.
The lack of variety in the dining options was disappointing. only two restaurants and one café left us wanting more choices.

Spectacular views and fun times in the mountains! 🏔️
Location next to the roller coaster is just crazy, so we had a jol. The room was sharp-sharp with stunning views. Chommie at reception sorted us with a free lift pass, and brekkie was decent enough. Really enjoyed our time!
Just wish the brekkie spread had a bit more oomph, felt a bit limited.

great location,, but limited dining options
The staff is genuinely kind, making every interaction pleasant. The Deluxe King Room with Plaza View offered breathtaking views that were truly uplifting. The indoor pool area was beautifully maintained and a delight after a long day outdoors. the breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to keep you satisfied throughout the morning.
The limited dining selections were disappointing.
